Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis titled "Analysis and Use of Photovoltaics at Selected Municipal Authority" focuses on analyzing the acquisition and operation of a photovoltaic system in a specific municipality. The theoretical part defines key concepts in the field of photovoltaics from accounting and tax perspectives. The practical part is devoted to an analysis of selected grand schemes providing support for photovoltaics. The second practical part focuses on the analysis of the photovoltaic system at the selected municipal office and assesses whether the accounting treatment of this asset provides a true and fair view.
