Analýza území brownfieldu bývalého dolu Heřmanice se zřetelem na stavební objekty

Abstract

The thesis titled "Analysis of the brownfield site of the former mine Heřmanice with respect to buildings" is mainly focused on reusing the territory of the former mine in Ostrava Heřmanice. The thesis is also a proposal for reconstruction of the area, while for this theoretical solution has been used alternative analyzes based on common risk analysis methods. The resulting draft was used student license program ArcMap and ArchiCAD. Based on numerous consultations with professionals closely related to the problem solved and at our own discretion, the future use of the site appears to be quite obvious. The new campus would be willing to invest, but under the auspices of a well-developed idea that will be outlined in this thesis as an alternative solution.
