Abstract

The topic of employee adaptation is currently topical mainly due to the growth of employee turnover. The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose modifications to the adaptation process in order to stabilize the company's employees and estimate their benefits. The theoretical part of the thesis therefore introduces the concepts of human resource management and employee adaptation. The practical part of the thesis analyzes the current process of adaptation of employees in a selected industrial enterprise, which is presented in the very introduction. With the help of observation and questionnaire survey, the practical part defines the strengths and weaknesses of the company's adaptation process and the resulting recommendations for improving the current process of employee adaptation.
