Areál Kohinoor – Turistické a kulturní centrum severních Čech

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci je zpracován návrh využití areálu bývalého dolu Kohinoor v Mariánských Radčicích u Mostu jako turistického a kulturního centra v severních Čechách. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje všeobecné informace o severních Čechách a cestovní ruch v oblasti. Dále je popsána historie a současnost dolu Kohinoor a také historie těžby v severočeské hnědouhelné pánvi. V praktické části je navrhnuto využití stávajících budov v areálu, návrh na vybudování nových objektů a staveb, SWOT analýza a očekávaný přínos v případě realizace návrhů. Součástí závěru je tabulka s odhadem výše investice pro realizaci projektu.

In this bachelor thesis is wrote up the suggestion of use of the area of mine brownfield Kohinoor in Mariánské Radčice near town Most such as turistic and cultural centre in northern Bohemia. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part describes general information about northern Bohemia and tourism in this region. Then is described history and present of mine Konhinoor and also history of mining in the North Bohemian Basin. In practical part is suggested the use of buildings in the area, suggestion to build up the new objects and buildings, SWOT analysis and expected benefits in the case of the realization of this project. In the end is included the chart with estimation of investment for realization of this project.
