Analýza penzijních fondů v České republice

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu současné situace penzijních fondů v České republice s ohledem na jejich důležitou úlohu při realizaci chystané penzijní reformy. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí, včetně úvodu a závěru. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretická východiska penzijního připojištění, v kapitole je vymezeno penzijní připojištění se státním příspěvkem a zachycena charakteristika penzijních fondů. Třetí kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku penzijních fondů dle různých kritérií, mezi které například patří akcionářská struktura, vývoj počtu klientů a objemu majetku, tržní podíly. V závěrečné kapitole je provedena analýza penzijních fondů, v rámci které je provedeno souhrnné zhodnocení vývoje penzijního připojištění v ČR, analýza skladby portfolia a výnosnosti penzijních fondů. Zvláštní pozornost je v této kapitole věnována penzijní reformě s možnými dopady na penzijní fondy.

The main target of this bachelor thesis is to realize the analysis of current situation of the pension funds in the Czech Republic with regard to their important role in the forthcoming pension reform. This work is divided into five chapters an introduction and conclusion included. The second chapter is focused on theoretical basis of supplementary pension insurance; there is the definition of pension insurance with state contribution and characteristic of the pension funds in this chapter. The third chapter includes the characteristic of the pension funds by various criteria involved for example shareholder structure, development of clients, development of the volume of assets, market shares. Last chapter provides an analysis of the pension funds including comprehensive review of the development supplementary pension insurance in the Czech Republic, analysis composition of the portfolio and returns on pension funds. Special attention in this chapter is paid to pension reform with potential impact on pension funds.
