Zhodnocení vývoje a struktury příjmů rozpočtu města Hranice

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit hospodaření města Hranice v letech 2013-2022. Podrobněji je práce zaměřena na příjmy města Hranice. Bakalářská práce v teoretické části informuje o fungování veřejné správy. V praktické části je pro naplnění cíle v bakalářské práci využita horizontální a vertikální finanční analýza, kde je hodnoceno hospodaření města Hranice a zhodnocuje se struktura příjmů rozpočtu města Hranice. Ze sledovaného období lze konstatovat, že město Hranice má všechny finanční ukazatele v přijatelných hodnotách. Rozpočet je v letech 2013-2022 ve většině případě přebytkový.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the economic management of the city of Hranice during the years 2013-2022. In greater detail, the thesis specifically examines the revenues of the city of Hranice. The theoretical section of the thesis provides an overview of public administration functioning. In the practical segment, horizontal and vertical financial analyses are employed to achieve the thesis objective. This involves evaluating the financial management of the city as well as assessing the revenue structure of its budget. Analysis of the period indicates that the City of Hranice maintains all financial indicators within acceptable parameters, with the budget showing a surplus in most cases between 2013 and 2022.
