Návrh přípravy a organizace závodu ve sportovní gymnastice

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of the preparation and organization of the competition in women's gymnastics. The thesis consists of 3 major chapters – theoretical part, practical part and evaluation together with suggestions and recommendations. In the theoretical part all the concepts related to the topic are described. The practical part is divided into two parts – description of the organization and research method. The first part contains an introduction and description of the preparation of the race, where the finances related to the event are also included. The research methods were used and described in the second section, namely the questionnaire and SWOT analysis, which showed us the strengths, weaknesses, threats and possible opportunities of the event. The aim of this thesis is to gain insight into the sport gymnastics environment and look at the preparation, organisation and overall running of the event.
