Možnosti zvyšování kultury bezpečnosti v průmyslových podnicích v ČR

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the state of safety culture in industrial enterprises in the Czech Republic. The first part of this thesis deals with theoretical knowledge and research of the situation in countries with a focus on Eastern Europe. The analytical part includes a questionnaire survey to find out and identify the main obstacles to improving safety culture and to identify their needs. Through the research we found that companies would appreciate freely available training for HSE managers and more time. The contribution of this paper is the specific steps and actions suggested that can help to improve safety culture.
