Zámostí ve Slezské Ostravě s domy městského charakteru

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je proměna řešeného území v Ostravě, konkrétně Zámostí ve Slezské Ostravě, vymezeného ulicemi Bohumínská, Keltičkova, v území městského charakteru. Návrh je založen na propojení obou částí Ostravy, Moravskou Ostravu se Slezskou Ostravou a vytvoření nové městské části na aktuálně nevyužitém území v blízkosti Slezské radnice. Zámostí je dotvořené domy s ohledem na historii. Prostor před radnicí tvoří nový centrální prostor, který navazuje na stávající Gagarinovo náměstí. Tímto prostorem je navržený park respektující osu - spojnici Slezské a Moravské Ostravy. Park uzavírají dva podobné domy avšak s odlišnou funkcí. Jeden dům má funkci bytovou a jeden kancelářskou. V návrhu byl kladen důraz na veřejný prostor, který tvoří park a náměstí.

The subject of this master thesis is the transformation of the area in Ostrava city, specifically Zámostí in Silesian Ostrava, defined through the streets Bohumínská, Keltičkova, in the area of city character. Project is based on connection of both parts of Ostrava, Moravian Ostrava with Silesian Ostrava and formation new city part in currently unused area closed to Silesian town hall. Zámostí is completed with buildings with respect to history. The area in front of the town hall serves like new central area and is connected to existing Gagarin´s square. The central area is composed park, which respects axis - the connection of Silesian and Moravian parts of Ostrava. The park is closed by two similar buildings however with different function. One building is residential house and the other is office building. Also the project has emphasis on public space which is formed by the park and the square.
