Optimalizace vybraného procesu v podniku

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis was created with the aim of optimizing a selected process at ANAJ Czech, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on introducing the company and describing terms such as process, reengineering, flowchart, process improvement, and process change implementation. The practical part deals with describing the current state of the selected company process. It then identifies critical points in the process and proposes possible improvements.
