Analýza personálních činností vybrané organizace

Abstract

Performance of personnel activities is necessary for the functioning of any organization. The aim of my bachelor thesis is in the theoretical part, to enumerate and describe all the personnel activities from the available literature and in the practical part, to characterize a selected organization, analyze its personnel activities and evaluate them in comparison with the theoretical part. The first part of the thesis focuses on the division of personnel activities according to various authors and the description of personnel activities for an organization without a personnel department. The first part is also devoted to the characteristic of exploration methods that were used in the thesis. The second part concentrates on the characteristic of the organization which I cooperated with. The last part describes the organization of the exploration, results processing, analysis of personnel activities performed in the organization, its evaluation and suggestions for improving the performance of some personnel activities.
