Abstract

Subject of the thesis is Open die forging of the hollow forged pieces, mainly manufacture of products made of hollow ingots and analysis of forging technological processes. A specific production technology was chosen for application on samples with aim to examine material changes during deformationa and their description. In the theoretical part of the thesis the forged pieces characteristics and forging procedures are described. The following experimental part of the thesis is aimed at analysis of microstructures, deformation of respective samples and observation of granula changes in dependence on temperature variations.
