Abstract

This thesis deals with the determination of crisis profile of selected entrepreneurial entity. In the theoretical part the basic concepts are itemized, namely the crisis, crisis prevention, crisis management, and analysis of internal and external environment. The practical part is devoted to the application of information identified by the theory concept. Internal (McKinsey "7S" financial analysis) and external (PEST analysis, Porter's model) analysis were conducted. From these analyzes a SWOT matrix was prepared. From this matrix, potential crisis outbreaks (12 in total) of the company were selected. The crisis outbreaks were then evaluated in terms of probability and efficiency on the enterprise. In conclusion, the enterprise was presented with recommendations how to eliminate or reduce potential risks.
