Abstract
This thesis concentrate on market and administrative valuation of building for civil services, specifically it is elementary school, situated in the local part of Nova Ves, city of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The aim of this task is to outline a theoretical scope valuation and subsequent application of various methods of market and administrative valuation on the building for civil services. To the aim of the thesis followed by determine the hypothesis. The hypothesis is: „ the final value determined by market valuation is higher, than the price set by an administrative valuation. To solve this thesis is applied to the market valuation method (method comparative) and administrative valuation method (method cost). In the first part hypothesis was confirmed and in the second part, then hypothesis was refuted.
