Investiční záměr využití bývalého areálu zemědělského družstva v Palkovicích

Abstract

The object of this thesis is proposal an utilization of the former agricultural cooperative using the suitable investment plan. Current owners are trying to maintain the objects in operational condition as they can avoid based on their finance capabilities. Whole area is in deplorable state, used sporadically and is a burden for village at the moment. The reason why I am dealing with this areal in my thesis is because is located in lucrative part of the village. The areal belongs to mixed industrial land according to spatial plan, so industry, storage, logistics and limited housing is allowed. The whole area is fenced and has a concrete hard surface. Current technical infrastructure allows to use the objects at the moment. I describe three options of use the areal in my thesis. All options are processed and used for conditions of the investment plan with time and financial aspects for a preparation, realization and usage. The thesis contains 77 pages of text, tables and pictures.
