Význam a tvorba vnútropodnikových smerníc pre stavebnú spoločnosť

Abstract

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na problematiku vnútropodnikových smerníc v stavebnej spoločnosti. Cieľom teoretickej časti je charakteristika, význam, náležitosti a popis zásad spracovania vnútropodnikových smerníc. V úvode praktickej časti je stručná charakteristika spoločnosti, potom nasleduje analýza vnútropodnikových smerníc spoločnosti a zostavenie návrhov vybraných vnútropodnikových smerníc pre stavebnú spoločnosť. Bakalárska práca vychádza zo súčasných legislatívnych predpisov a noriem, ktoré oblasť vnútropodnikových smerníc upravujú.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on internal directives issue in the construction company. The object of the theoretical part is characteristics, significance, particulars and principles description of the internal directives creation. The introduction of the practical part is dedicated to the presentation of the company, then follows the analysis of company´s internal directives and compilation of proposals of selected internal directives for the construction company. Bachelor´s thesis is based on current regulation and legislation, which cover the area of internal directives.
