Abstract

The aim of this work is to assemble a device operating in the IoT network, specifically in the LoRaWAN network. The work deals with the theory of the LoRaWAN network, a search for similar commercial devices, the assembly of the device in terms of both hardware and software and then testing in practice. The device can measure distance, specifically it is used to measure the water level in a rainwater tank. Besides being less expensive it should be easier to modify in comparison to commercial devices.
