Návrh projektu implementace eLearningu v oblasti vzdělávání pro autoškoly ČR

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is use tools and techniques of project management for design of the project for implementation of eLearning for driving school Pepa, which could be used for other driving schools, with some modification. In theoretical part there are principles and specifics of the project management and eLearning with regard to the field. Methodical part is focused on explanation of methods and tools of multi-criteria decision analysis and project management. There are also characteristic of some software tools for its support. Practical part contains final design of the project of the implementation of eLearning in concrete driving schools and multi-criteria analysis of eLearning tools. On the basis of the analysis has been chosen eLearning tool in which basic version of eLearning courses has been created.
