Abstract

This Bachelor´s study involves securing of people protection under extraordinary circumstances by means of build shelters, building adapted to improvised shelter and technical protection of the buildings and property at the concerned area. At the beginning of the study legal arrangements comprising problems of safety and protection of people and property are specified. Further the individual types of people and building protection are described. After that a locality is defined, which is analysed and evaluated in the following chapters in the scape of endanger with unexpected events and possible actions against the law. At the end some proposals of provisions for improvement of the protecting properties of the selected buildings in the town leading to reducing of possible found risks.
