Analýza vybraných procesů ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Target of Bachelor´s thesis is to analyse process of material movement in company from the field of automotive industry. First part of the thesis is focused on theory relating to processes and factors that its duration can influence. Further there are decribed time categories that are possible to identify in duration of the process. The next is describtion of selected methods for data collection and their followed analysis. For the data collection there was selected course of working day. Practical part is focused on the analysis itself about gained data for the selected process. The analysis is performed according to time and quantity viewpoint. Further there is created Paret´s diagram. Proposal for Improvement comes out from results of the Paret´s diagram.
