Návrh implementace agilního projektového řízení

Abstract

This thesis deals with agile project management at the U&Sluno company which develops and provides information systems and technologies. The main goal of this thesis is to design and implement agile methodologies in this company. On the basis of company analysis and consultation with management and staffs we designed four agile methodologies and criteria which methodologies were chosen by. The selection of the most appropriate methodology was performed by using multi-criteria analysis. On the basis of results of all analysis and final evaluation we recommended to use Scrum methodology as a backbone and certain areas and principles of other methodologies for achieving maximum efficiency. We chose a pilot project for implementation agile methodologies where we described the most important parts in detail; we created a procedural activity diagram and compiled a detail list of steps for implementation agile methodologies.
