Srovnání účinnosti respirátorů používaných u HZS ČR

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá testováním účinnosti vybraných respirátorů používaných u HZS ČR. Bylo zjišťováno, který z testovaných respirátorů vykazuje nejlepší těsnost a zároveň je pohodlný pro osoby, které ho používají. Na úvod této práce se zaměříme na aerosoly a jejich vliv na člověka, poté na fyziologii člověka, zejména na dýchání a funkci dýchacích orgánů. Poté si ukážeme možnosti ochrany dýchacích cest a rozdělení ochranných prostředků. V praktické části je popsáno měření na přístrojích, použitých k zjištění těsnosti respirátorů a jsou zpracovány naměřené výsledky jednotlivých testů. V závěru práce je na základě naměřených výsledků a subjektivních pocitů vyhodnocen nejvhodnější typ používaných respirátorů.

This master thesis deals with the testing of efficacy of selected respirators used at the HZS ČR. It was determined which of the tested respirators has a best fit factor and at the same time is the most comfortable for the persons who use it. At the beginning of our work we focus on the aerosols and their effects on humans, after on physiology of respiration and function of the respiratory organs. Then we will show the possibilities of the respiratory protection and distribution of protective equipment. In the practical part, we describe the process of the measurement made on the devices used to detect fit factor of the respirators and the results of the individual tests. At the end of this thesis, based on measured results and subjective feelings, we evaluate the most suitable respirator.
