Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to process the business plan for the establishment of a new company carrying out work in the field of so-called dry construction. It is an area of construction ensuring mainly the implementation of fire protection measures. The ultimate goal of the bachelor's thesis is to process a financial analysis to attract a potential investor to further develop the company. The main documents for future negotiations with the investor are mainly profit and loss statements and subsequently balance sheets of management. The decisive basis for the investor will be an overview of the profitability of sales and profit within three years from the expected date of establishment of the company and an offer of a share in the company. The content of the bachelor's thesis is a schedule of individual activities when setting up a company, analysis of microendations and macro resources, organizational structure and marketing strategy. The conclusion of the bachelor's thesis determines the possible return on funds deposited by the future investor and the proposed share in the company's management.
