Abstract
The goal of the thesis "Strategic Analysis of Granum, s.r.o. Company" is an analysis of the external environment and internal factors analysis of Granum, s.r.o. Company. The first chapters are devoted to theoretical description and methods of strategic analysis. Another chapter focuses on the characteristics of Granum, s.r.o. Company. In following chapters there is a strategic analysis put in practice in case of Granum, s.r.o. Comapany. The last chapter is devoted to suggestions and recommendations for the company Granum, s.r.o. Company.
