Motivace zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the motivation of employees in worker professions in greiner packaging, s.r.o. company and its manufacturing plant placed in Slušovice. The introductory part summarizes all the theoretical knowledge of the field of motivation. The next part deals with an analysis of the company, which includes the current situation, basic characteristics, bonus system and a questionnaire survey. The final proposals and recommendations, which could improve motivation of the employees, are based on the results of this investigation.
