Abstract

The subject of the thesis "Analysis of the cultural dimensions" is to analyze the effects of Czech and Korean cultural differences. I have dealt with the factors that may affect human thought and behavior and what could be the impact on business negotiation with foreigners. I tried to clarify the keystone of important ideas as are international marketing, intercultural marketing, culture and cultural dimensions of the Czech Republic and South Korea. The most important segment in my comparison was a structured interview with the personal manager of Hyundai. The theoretical part was complemented by my own practical knowledge which made my comparison easier. The subject of essay is now very current because it is focused on current effect, but can also be an interesting inspiration for Czech managers who start business with Korean companies.
