Psychologické aspekty působící na hasiče při práci ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of stress situations during work at height and above free depth in selected members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Moravian-Silesian Region from the Central Fire Station Ostrava – Zábřeh and Fire Station Ostrava – Poruba. The main objective was to evaluate the physiological and psychological reaction of firefighters by exposure to a demanding situation. During the practical part, electrodermal activity and heart rate were measured to assess the perception of fear of heights. The results may contribute to a better understanding of stress load in firefighters and may help in the development of more effective training methods.
