Analýza možností uplatnění TPM ve strojírenské výrobě.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza implementace metody TPM na obrobně ve VÚHŽ, a.s. Teoretická část bakalářské práce popisuje podstatu, cíle, zavedení metody TPM a souvislost údržby a metody 5S na metodu TPM. Praktická část bakalářské práce charakterizuje údržbu na obrobně ve VÚHŽ, a. s.Dále obsahuje analýzu implementace metody TPM a metody 5S, její nedostatky. V závěru práce jsou předkládány návrhy nápravných a preventivních opatření s cílem systémové implementace TPM.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the TPM method in machining work in VÚHŽ, a. s. The theoretic part of this thesis explains the essence, goals, implementation steps of TPM and relationship between TPM and 5S. Practical part characterizes maintenance in the machining working VÚHŽ, a. s. It also contains the analysis of the practical implementation of TPM and 5S and their imperfections in machining work in VÚHŽ, a. s. At the end there are presented proposals for corrective and preventive actions to improve TPM application.
