Příprava a povrchová modifikace membránových nosičů na bázi popílku pro mikro a ultrafiltraci

Abstract

The aim of this work was to create membranes for wastewater treatment with applied microfiltration and ultrafiltration layer. Porous supports were prepared with mixure of fly ash, claystone and kaolin. Input materials were subjected to X-ray fluorescence to determine chemical composition and laser difraction analysis to find particle size distribution. Prepared support was imaged by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed with the attached EDX energy dispersive spectrometer. The pore size was measured by mercury porosimetry. X-ray diffraction analysis was used to determine the phase. Deposition of microfiltration and ultrafiltration layers was performed by dip-coating method. Corectness of application of the layers was verified by SEM with EDX energy dispersive spectrometer attached to determine the composition.
