Posouzení vhodnosti outsourcingu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to decide whether it is appropriate to use outsourcing for a small laundry in Ostrava, or to focus on own production. This is mainly the problem of choosing a suitable laundry powder supplier and then comparing these suppliers with their own production. In particular, the quality and price per kilogram of the product will be compared. In the process of comparing competition, wholesale prices were used for products of well-known brands and prices from pricelists for companies that produce and distribute powders on their own. Based on the prices of potential suppliers and the cost of our own production, it was clearly decided on our own production. In addition, with regard to the quality of the powder, the annual cost of the company will decrease by CZK 70,000. Based on the data, it is also possible to say that in the future, the company may try to sell its own products, mainly because of the high quality of the product and the low cost that will allow the company to compete with a low price.
