Analýza a srovnání spotřebních úvěrů v České republice

Abstract

This work aims to select a suitable provider of consumer credit using a methodology of multicriteria decision-making for a predefined client in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into several chapters. The introduction is followed by a chapter that deals with the theoretical part, which defines the issue of consumer credit in the Czech Republic. The Consumer Credit Act and its amendments, which it introduced after 2016, are characterized here. The third chapter is devoted to the characteristics of multicriteria decision-making methods, some of which are used in the fourth practical chapter. In the fourth chapter, the client and his requirements for selecting a suitable provider are first defined. Based on its requirements, 14 suitable providers are selected here. Using the Saaty method and the weighted order method, the providers who meet the given requirements are then selected. The obtained evaluation is then summarized in the last chapter, which belongs to the conclusion of the work.
