Abstract

The solution of my thesis is the development of project documentation of the house with starter flats. The house is made of brick complex system HELUZ. The house has a partial basement, with three floors and a flat roof on two levels. The building is divided into two expansion units. In each floor there are seven residential units, common areas in the basement and cellar boxes for each dwelling unit. The aim of my thesis is processing technological process of ceiling construction of first floor object, as well as setting the indicative price and timetable for implementation of the ceiling. Further comparison of the two variants assembly ceiling panels in balcony from both technological and time and financial. Bachelor thesis includes text and drawings of the construction documents.
