Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the solution of operational complaints of the manufacturer of lighting equipment for the automotive industry. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part covers with the basic knowledge and tools that are used to resolve complaints. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the company, the specific way of solving complaints in the company, the solution of selected complaints from the operation and at the end there are proposals for appropriate measures and evaluation of their benefits.
