Programové zabezpečení finančních toků celního úřadu

Abstract

V předložené práci je popsáno programové zabezpečení finančních toků celního úřadu. V první části je definována Celní správa ČR, její legislativa, kompetence a historie. Následně jsou vysvětleny obecné požadavky na informační systémy a základní etapy analýzy a vývoje IS. V další části je již konkrétně popsán IS celní správy. Nejdůležitější částí práce je kapitola pátá, ve které je detailně rozpracována aplikace ECDC a její podmoduly ECDC, TOR (Tradiční vlastní zdroje) a Pokladna, sloužící k účetní evidenci cla, daní a pokut.

The presented diploma work describes program based security of cash flow of customs office. The first part defined the Customs Administration of Czech Republic, its legislation, history and competences. The general requirements on information system and fundamental phases of analysis and IS development are described in the following part. The information system of the customs office is described in details in the third part. Chapter 5 represents the most important part of the work as it describes in details the ECDC application and its moduls ECDC, TOR (Traditional Own Resources) and cash register, meant for the evidence of customs, taxes and fines.
