Financování vlastnického bydlení

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the choice of the best product for financing of owner-occupied housing. This work is focused on financing in the form of mortgage, American mortgage or savings for building purposes. The thesis consists of five chapters, the first and the fifth chapters are introduction and conclusion. The second part describes the individual forms for financing of owner-occupied housing including the method of their calculation. The third part defines characteristics of three of the largest Czech banks. Each of them shows its forms of mortgage, American mortgage and savings for building purposes. The chapter four deals with reanalysises for financing the property for living in the form of mortgage, American mortgage and savings for building purposes. The values shown there are from 100 % to 30 % from the property value costs 2 000 000 for the time of 15 years.
