Odezva operačního střediska na mimořádné události

Abstract

Bachelor’s work is engaged in the organization of response to extraordinary events from the Regional Control room of the Zlín region fire department. It outlines and evaluates the current state of the issue. Furthermore, analyzing the response time and based on the results of a ques-tionnaire are proposed measures to improve, thus reducing response time.
