Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The aim of the thesis is to design and develop project documentation for the construction of a residential building with commercial space in Ostrava - Vítkovice. The work includes the preparation of a technical report. In addition, a structural assessment of selected structural elements will be carried out. The work will result in a technical report with drawing documentation. The thesis includes a thermal technical assessment of the proposed structures and an energy label of the building envelope.
