Presented master thesis deals with specifics of implemented integrated management system. Thesis is focused on assessment of particular management system and certification importance for outsourcing company. The single system is formed by quality management system, Environmental management system, OHSAS and information security management system. Mentioned existing systems are amended by possible implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility system inspired by ISO 26000. Thesis points out the necessity of certificate ownership in establishment of succesfull business in the field of outsourcing.
