Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the following three main topics, i.e. employment through the mediation of agency, work efficiency and employees´ satisfaction at work. The theoretical part of the thesis is based upon specialized printed matters and its goal is to provide a comprehensive basic overview on the terms and principles of the given topic and to set the theoretical basic grounds for the practical part. This practical/application part deals with the work efficiency of own and agency employees, provides group interviews and the conclusion, which contains assessment of employment of own and agency employees within an industrial company.
