Zabezpečení ústavu pro děti a mládež s nařízenou ústavní výchovou prostředky technické ochrany

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem zabezpečení areálu výchovného ústavu pro mládež s extrémními poruchami chování v Polance nad Odrou. Úvodní část charakterizuje základní právní předpisy a pojmy související s touto problematikou. Také je zde okrajově vysvětlen systém ústavní péče a důvody pro nařízení ústavní výchovy či uložení ochranné výchovy. Stěžejní část práce je věnována zabezpečení vybraného objektu, kde jsou krom samotného návrhu zabezpečení a popisu areálu, charakterizovány jednotlivé prvky technické ochrany. V závěru práce je provedena identifikace rizik, která mohou ohrozit správnou funkci navrženého zabezpečovacího systému.

This bachelor’s work is engaged in the proposal of the securing of educational institute of children with extreme behaviour disorders in Polanka nad Odrou. In the beginning there are defined the main legal enactments and concepts associated with this theme. There is also explained the system of institutional care and the reasons for the ordering of institutional or protective upbringing. The main section is engaged in the securing of the selected object and its description. There are also characterized the single means of technical protection. At the end there are identified the risks, which can endanger the correct function of designed alarm system.
