Stanovení fyzické náročnosti vybraných způsobů výstupu po laně

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se seznámíme s metodami výstupu po laně, které se používají pro záchranu a práci ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou. Zmíněné jsou pouze ty techniky, jež nejvíce používají záchranáři HZS ČR. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné rozdělení a popis druhů technik, popis technických prostředků, které se u této problematiky vyskytují, a nakonec způsob hodnocení fyzické náročnosti. Praktická část obsahuje data, naměřená na základě osobního testování různých způsobů výstupu po laně. Nachází se zde výsledky dotazníkového šetření, zaslané od hlavních instruktorů HZS krajů. Následuje porovnání způsobů, jejich výhody a nevýhody a určení nejefektivnějšího způsobu. V závěru jsou výsledky vyhodnoceny a navrhnuta vylepšení.

In this bachelor's thesis we will get acquainted with the methods of climbing a rope, which are used for rescue and work at heights and above the free depth. The mentioned are only those techniques that are used most rescuers within the Fire and Rescue Service. The theoretical part contains a general distribution and description of the types of techniques, a description of the technical means in this area and finally a way of assessing physical difficulty. The practical part contains data measured based on personal testing. There is the survey of the questionnaires sent from the regional fire brigade emergency instructors. Further comparison of ways, their advantages and disadvantages and the determination of the most efficient way. In the end, the results are evaluated, and improvements are suggested.
