Abstract
In this case study there is a staff evaluation of the DHL Express (Czech Republic) s.r.o. company elaborated. A certain guidance is being suggested in what ways the staff evaluation might be improved and which arrangements need to be carried out. The past and the present time is being reflected in this study. The study also focuses on the HR matters of the company along with the HR divisions and their concrete departments. The crucial part also adverts to staff evaluation analysis which consists of a teoretical strategies which depict the best time for evaluation, certain duties, some problems and the evaluation methods. The goal concentrates on the analysis of the evaluation interview and the list of competences and requirements involved in the evaluation form which is currently being used by the company. Following up the analysis there is a staff survey focused on the company evaluation inverviews. Based on the survey results the analysis leads us to the next step suggestions.
