Analýza poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The theme of Balecholor thesis is the Analysis of Providing Employee Benefits in Selected Business Company. The theoretical part includes the issue of motivation, characteristics and importance of benefits and unusual benefits. Furthermore, the accounting, tax and levy aspects of benefits are analyzed. The practical part is devoted to the specific employee benefits provided by selected joint-stock company XY. Based on the questionnaire survey, the degree of utilization of individual benefits and employee´s satisfaction is detected. At the end, questionnaire is evaluated and a solution for improvement is proposed.
