Abstract
My thesis deals with the organizational structure. The subject of my thesis will assess the structural organization and activities of the newly formed business unit Automotive. On this thesis, I worked with ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná, Inc., which in 2012 decided to split organizational structure into two separate strategic business unit and my task will be to assess the distribution and to propose possible improvements.
