Abstract

The aim of this master’s thesis is to design and implement RPC inteface for remote access and manipulation with data in Imagej library. The first section of the thesis contains an analysis of current possibilities and the selection of a suitable data format. Subsequently, the work deals with the selection of the most suitable method for defining the interface and data transfer between the client and server. Second part of thesis describes implementation details of package, which provides RPC inteface. The second part also contains usability and performance testing in existing plugins for the FIJI application.
