Abstract

ZEMĚDĚLSKÁ POLITIKA V PROCESU ROZŠIŘOVÁNÍ EVROPSKÉ UNIE Monika Škodíková Cílem bakalářské práce je charakterizovat teoretická východiska Společné zemědělské politiky EU, popsat roli zemědělství v procesu rozšiřování Unie, charakterizovat zemědělský sektor v EU a popsat, jaké mělo rozšíření Unie dopad na zemědělský sektor. První kapitola je věnována důvodům vzniku a posláním této politiky, je zde popsán stručný historický vývoj od počátku evropské integrace a také reformy SZP, cíle, principy, nástroje a finanční náročnost. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na Společnou zemědělskou politiku a nové členské státy EU. Obsahem této kapitoly je vymezení role zemědělství v procesu rozšiřování Unie, přístupová jednání v oblasti zemědělství a také podmínky pro vstup do EU a je zde popsán zemědělský sektor v kandidátských a potenciálních kandidátských zemích. Poslední kapitola je věnována charakteristice zemědělského sektoru EU a dopadům rozšiřování Unie na agrární sektor.

AGRICULTURAL POLICY IN THE PROCESS OF EU ENLARGEMENT Monika Škodíková The aim of the thesis is to characterize the theoretical basic of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), to describe the role of agriculture in the process of EU enlargement, to characterize the agricultural sector in the EU and to describe impact of enlargement on the agricultural sector. The first chapter describes reasons of beginning and function of this policy, historical development since the beginning of European integration and reforms of the CAP, aims, principles, instruments and financial issues. The second chapter focuses on the CAP and the new EU Member States. This chapter defines the role of agriculture in the process of enlargement, the accession negotiations in agriculture and also the conditions for join the EU and describes the agricultural sector in candidate and potential candidate countries. The last chapter is devoted to the characteristics of the agricultural sector and the impact of EU enlargement on the agricultural sector.
