Návrh organizační struktury v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá organizační strukturou průmyslového podniku. Cílem diplomové práce bylo vytvoření návrhu nové organizační struktury v průmyslovém podniku. V teoretické části je rešerše, zabývající se organizováním a organizací, jednotlivými typy organizačních struktur a faktory, které ovlivňují organizaci podniku. Analýza současného stavu byla provedena na základě strukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky průmyslového podniku. V závěru jsou formulovány konkrétní kroky, které vedou k vylepšení organizační struktury a jejich vyhodnocení.

This thesis deals with the organizational structure of an industrial enterprise. The aim of the diploma thesis was to create a proposal for a new organizational structure in an industrial enterprise. The theoretical part is a research, dealing with organizing and organization, various types of organizational structures and factors that affect the organization of the company. The analysis of the current situation was performed on the basis of structured interviews with employees of the industrial enterprise. Finally, specific steps are formulated that lead to the improvement of the organizational structure and their evaluation.
