Abstract

The bachelor thesis is deal with discharge from debts, which is one of the ways of bankruptcy solution. This institute was in the Czech Republic implemented with passing a law number 182/2006 (about bankruptcy and ways of its solution). The first chapter pays attention to elucidation of general terms, reasons of indebting of our inhabitants, their most frequent debts and statistic of indebtedness in the Czech Republic. The second chapter describes the whole process of discharge from debts – from compliance of the basic conditions, administer suggestion about insolvency and suggestion on permission the discharge from debts, decision of judgment about bankruptcy and proceeding discharge from debts permission, across the ways of discharge from debts (either monetizing of asset or charging of schedule of installments), till the compliance discharge from debts agreed and liberation from paying unpaid debts. The last chapter summarizes advantages, disadvantages and risks, which discharge from debts brings with, and clarifies the most frequent myths, which about discharge from debts dominates. Appendixes of the bachelor thesis are Statistic data per year 2009 and also the forms, which debtors, eventually creditors in process of discharge from debts meets with (suggestion on permission the discharge from debts, registration of outstanding debts, ballots and instructions to filling too).
