Aplikace vybraných nástrojů managementu kvality v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis "Application of Selected Quality Management Tools in the Industrial Company" focuses on the topic of quality. The text contains two basic parts. In the first part I deal with history, basic concepts in the field of quality and selected quality management tools specific to the automotive sector, which are used in BOS Automotive Products, s.r.o. as a basic tools. In the second (practical) part, I try to apply a different quality management tool to the site of the well-known procedure. The aim of the thesis is therefore to verify the given procedures in quality management by another method or to propose better solutions.
