Abstract
The object of Diplom thesis is Analysis of customer behavior at the gas station, which discusses the consumer behavior at the gas station RoBiN OIL Rýmařov. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the theoretical basis of the Consumer behavior, which are approaches to monitoring consumer behavior, factors affecting consumer behavior and the course of purchasing decisions. The second part of the theoretical work presents the company RoBiN OIL, a description of market environment and entities operating in the market. In the practical part of the work is an analysis of consumer behavior of customers, which is created on the basis of observations from accounting documents and a questionnaire survey. Based on an analysis, proposals and recommendations are created for owner and tenant of gas station, which are the basis for improving the services provided and the range of goods at the RoBiN OIL Rýmařov gas station.
